methods of treatment ranging from hysterectomy, myomectomy, uterine artery
embolization (UAE -- also known as uterine fibroid embolization or UFE),
myolyis, endometrial ablation, mifepristone (RU-486), female
reconstructive surgery (FRS or FAS), hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and
any other treatment option that a woman may be considering or have already
undergone in an effort to treat her uterine fibroids. This email list
group also supports and encourages discussion of other fibroids-related
topics, such as emotional issues, financial issues, sexuality, age,
